Stop It Slender round restart bugfix and 9 map additions!

Hi there!
So, as of late there have been some round restart bugs where the round got stuck. I think I have pinpointed the reason for it but sadly this is something that does not happen often so there is no real way for me to check that it works now fully. But it should be fixed now

If not, please let us know in the comments or anywhere else

Also, I added the 9 following maps as a surprise to you all
